I would kill for that yard--grass bordered by a stone wall with the woods beyond. The ground seems to slope away, so there must be great views from the house and yard.
It's amazing how a drop of rain can make stonework even more beautiful. Why would you want to be inside when you could be outside playing in the rain?

Lovely home and yes as others have remarked this certainly must be taxing work ;>If the Mott Schmidt 'site' is correct then Hillcrest was only built in 1962. The lovely execution is more in keeping with manor homes built a generation prior.
